📦 When will my order arrive?

🇵🇱 Poland: 3–7 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress online.

Yes! We ship across Europe to selected countries. Simply enter your address during checkout to confirm availability for your location.

🔍 How can I track my order?
After your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking link and number. You can check real-time updates on your delivery at any time.

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order as long as:
• The product is unused
• It is returned in its original packaging
• It remains in good, resellable condition
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, inform us within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to info@fleeceft.com.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost to you.
